I've been using my iPhone Nest app to control my two Nest Thermostats for years. Suddenly, the app wants me to "add" my t-stats. Both are working fine and connected to my network. How do I re-connect to my iPhone app?

It appears that you might either be in an incorrect home structure or logged in with the wrong email address. Please make sure to sign in with the right email account associated with your Nest Thermostats. If you have other accounts, try checking to see if your thermostats are linked to them. If you are, here's your guide on how to switch between homes in the Nest app:
