Hi all.
I have an issue that is not the fault of the Nest system but wondering if there’s a way to solve it.
I have a nest thermostat for the first floor of my home which is heated by radiators. However, I also have one radiator downstairs in the living room which is managed by that nest. That room a much colder. This means if the first floor is correct, then downstairs is too cold and vice versa. Is there any setting or extra bit of hardware that I can use to compensate for this? A remote temp sensor or a setting in the app?

Remote sensors are only for USA at present, but that would not solve your problem I don't think.
I would think the best solution is a radiator valve in the room where the thermostat is. You could then turn that valve down, and balance the temperature a little better.

The nest is in the hallway moderating 4 bedrooms. Turning down thermostats in those rooms won’t help.
Need the nest to see the downstairs room as the target.

Understood, and are you UK or USA?
USA have remote sensors
UK, the easy way is to move the stat to that location, by a stand.
Not the answer you are looking for I expect.

It’s a fix.
Downstairs has underfloor heating except that one room. Bad idea designing the house this way.
Thanks!
