Nest Thermostat 3 Stopped Working on the phone with Wifi issues

Hi,

After about 12 months of usage, the Nest Thermostat stopped working on my phone. I deleted, did a reset and tried everything but it just doesn't get connected to the WIFI and at times it can't find the internet name in the network settings. Any recommendations ?

A few questions — is this the 3rd generation Nest Learning Thermostat? Are you getting a specific message or code on your thermostat display or on your Nest app when trying to reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network? Also, did this thermostat work before on this same Wi-Fi network?

Please tell me more so I can dig deeper into it.
