Lost nest thermostat remote connection. How do I reconnect while I’m remote?

Thank you for posting here.

We'll need to check for a couple of things on why you cannot control your thermostat using the app. Check if the WiFi at your home where the thermostat is up and running. It is recommended to have it physically checked for further information and if there's any error showing.
