Nest Thermostat 3 - cooling option not availaible

Hello everyone,

I received my GoogleNestLearningThermostat yesterday (gen3)

My backplane only has connections Y1 & Y2 for 12V HeatLink. There is no connection for cooling on the HeatLink or "cooling" cannot be selected on the display? What is to do that i can choose the „cooling“ Mode?

Thanks for reaching out to our Nest Community. I apologize for all the inconvenience with this new installation. Let's find an answer. 

Let me ask first where you are located and where you purchased your device? This is because only the Nest Thermostat from the USA has the option to control your cooling. 

If you are located in the UK, your device can only work with your heating through the Heat Link.
