Would a Nest thermostat be compatible with a window air conditioning unit? I am not sure what model of unit I currently have, but it is Comfort-Aire brand and looks like the "Comfort-Aire A/C Room 6k Btu 115v W/Remote". If possible, is it something a novice could do? Would it need to be professionally installed/set up?
