Nest Thermostat Compatibility

Hello!  I am looking to replace a Honeywell digital thermostat with a Nest. It would control an A/C with Heat Pump and a natural gas furnace (Emergency). I only have three wires in use and a green which is not connected. Any idea if this will work for a Nest?  Thank you?
