Nest Thermostat Compatibility

Our downstairs HVAC unit is a 2 stage heat pump. Here is a picture of the wiring. Is this compatible with Nest and if so, which one(s)?

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. A few questions: what is the make and model of your heat pump system? Is your orange wire connected to the O/B terminal on your thermostat before? Could you please take a photo of the wires connected to your heat pump's control board, and share it with us? Ensure that the labels of the wires are visible. It will help us to make sure the compatibility and wiring configuration of your system to the Nest Thermostats.
