Heat link 3rd gen not working

Hi, after 2 years of perfect use my 3rd gen Heat Link suddenly stopped working. I have power to the Heat Link but no light and no output power to the thermostat, resulting in error code H72. Please advise.

Honeywell to Nest Compatible

  Setting up a nest thermostat out Honeywell wiring is just the R, C and a jumper to Rc (red s d white wires) Would I use all wires for the Nest setup, so I’ll do the green, blue, and yellow now as well?

Resolved! Heat - Cooling Mode

When in Heat -Cooling Mode I use to be able to set either of those temperature to whatever I wanted. Now if I set the heat temperature and get within 3 degrees of cooling it increases that cooling temperature and vise versa from cooling to heat.
