Nest Thermostat Compatibility

We purchased a nest thermostat for my house with a train variable speed heat pump system. It appears the basic nest thermostat wont work so trying to determine if the learning thermostat will. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, that’s where I started, and the response on the compatibility checker told me to take a picture and contact support. However, their support chat hasn’t worked. Google then suggested I ask on here so figured I’d see if anyone knew.
