Nest Thermostat Difficult to Turn

When trying to manually set the nest thermostat I’m having trouble turning the dial. It worked fine for a few weeks but has progressively gotten worse/tighter. The dial is almost inoperable now. Any fixes for this?

I would check this Warranty Checker and then Contact Support.

That would be the best way to see if there is something phyically broken with the thermostat.

Are you referring to the Google Nest Thermostat (mirrored display)? If so, then the dial doesn't rotate.
