R C Data wires from Honeywell Thermostat

Hi There, I have a honeywell thermostat (about 10 years old) system that I want to replace with Nest Thermostat Learning (Gen 3). The HVAC unit is Carrier

When I took off the thermostat this is what I see. Is it comptible with the Nest?

Don't know where these R C Data wires should be going in NEST. There are bunch of other wires that are also there but not connected to my thermostat. I don't know what those are. Please see picture.

Your current thermostat uses a propitary interface that is not compatible with any of the Nest thermostats
