Hi. I have been sent a Nest Thermostat E (A0132) with heat link (A0131). I have both Google home and Nest apps. During set up the Thermostat (A0132) portion of the device will not power on, no icons on screen or lights. It is a solid state power cable. I have tried the 3 pin adapter that came with the device and a different 3 pin adapter which I know works and had no apparent power through either.
My belief is that either the cable is damaged or something within the Thermostat itself is broken. As everything is solid state is there any way to overcome these issues?

Hi there and thanks for reaching our Community. I'm really sorry to hear about your issue, but I'll do my best to help you out. Can you please tell me if you tried to change the power outlet? Also, try to remove the display from the stand and charge it off the base to see if the issue persists.
