Nest Thermostat - Eco Mode

My Nest often goes to Eco mode while we are home. Seems to happen randomly for unknown reason. Any suggestions? 

our WiFi is good and is rarely interrupted

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry.

If you have the Nest Learning Thermostat or the Nest Thermostat E, try disabling the Home/Away Assist in their settings. Also, for the Nest Thermostat 2020, check the Routines for "Home" status; this might randomly set your thermostat in Eco mode.
