Changed my home SSID and my Nest Thermostat (NT) is connected to the internet. However, the Nest app on my iPhone states it is 'offline'. The NT needs an Entry Key as I restarted. Keep getting the message “there was a problem connecting to the service. Try again later." What else can I do?

Finally you have to add your thermostat on the app again if it asks for the entry key please follow these steps to find the entry key:
