Nest Thermostat- Forgot Pin

I forgot the Pin to my Nest Thermostat, I initially set it ip from my iPhone, I can access it via USB, can I get assistance resetting it, have a 2 year old, need to cool the house.  Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!!

Just to confirm, you've connected it via USB to a computer and can see the technicalinfo.PLIST file?

I’ve been told this before, it’s ridiculous, I can’t just call a support number be assisted and done, so if no one contacts me within 24 hours, this thread will be closed, it’s really tiring chasing a support person for assistance, getting emails about getting badges that are useless, just need help resetting my thermostat, is that too much to ask? It’s a shame that a company as large as Google can’t get sufficient support personnel to assist folks like myself, whose prob isn’t that grave.  I’m sure a solid 5-10 mins of support time will suffice.  Get it together Google!!!

I guess I'll have to purchase a new thermostat, I'm done with the Google Nest Ecosystem, this is how large corporations go down, very sad & pathetic support model.
