Nest Thermostat Heating in Cool Mode

 this is my old thermostat connection. On the Nest Thermostat, I have tried various options but it still blows hot air when in cool mode

You need to use the bottom row of labels that are labeled for the Heat Pump.

The orange wire goes to the OB or */OB terminal.

Reset the thermostat to factory default when you move the wire and set it up again.

@Chrisjijo, you might have a heat pump system, which is why the air blows in a different mode. Try to reconfigure your thermostat's wiring, as mentioned by Patrick_Caezza. Also, you'll find the steps in this guide; let us know if you need more help.
