Nest Thermostat Installation Replacing Honeywell

Hello. Sorry if I am missing an already posted solution but I have a Honeywell thermostat that I am replacing with a new Nest learning thermostat. There is no common wire on my Honeywell thermostat (it uses batteries). Does anyone know how my Nest should be wired? Thank you.
