Nest Thermostat Installation

We have a Honeywell Equipment Interface Module so the wiring to the current Honeywell thermostat is just 3 wires labeled 1, 2, 3. So, my DIY install could not get past the part where we label the wires. Will a Nest Pro be able to reconfigure everything to install the Nest Thermostat?
