Nest Thermostat Set up without wifi

My new home is under renovations and there is no wifi. We need to get the AC going as it's very hot. How can I connect for the first time without Wifi? The Learning Thermostat was installed by previous owners, I just need to control it.

You can set up a Nest Learning thermostat without wi-fi, but you won't be able to control it remotely.
