Nest Thermostat Shows offline always

I am having issue with my Nest Thermostat, it keeps going offline. On my app and home.nest it always shows offline. I have done all the steps mentioned in https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9243422?hl=en after I do these troublshooting it will come online for some time and then go offline.

Not sure what is happening.
