My Nest Thermostat is not connecting. I’ve tried all their suggestions. Their solution? Buy a new one. Ridiculous. I’ve never had this happen to any device. Moreover, it’s a known product design defect. They should be issuing a recall. At a minimum, they ought to stand behind their products.
