This is a UK thermostat e on a stand powered by a usb adapter
I’m at first base with the install. Nest Aware in ready mode, plug in the thermostat and the display is completely blank/unresponsive. Nest app can’t find the display
Tried two different usb supplies, no change
Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Fixed! Left it plugged in and it is working. Assume an internal battery that was completely dead. Should have had some form of warning/notification in the app or on the screen in my opinion.
