Nest Thermostat heat link not connecting and no lights

Hello,

I have had my Nest thermostat for 3.5 years and up to today it has worked perfectly.

It now will not connect to the Heat Link and I have tried to press the button on the heat link for 10 and 20 seconds but no light appears.

The help code on the thermostat is H71 but I have followed all instructions to try and reconnect but the heat link box seems to be dead.

Do I need a replacement box and how should I get one of these please?

Sorry to jump on this too, I need a replacement heat link unit, tripping the breaker for the boiler off for 10 mins and back on and still no lights coming on the heat link.

there was another thread asking for secure submission of user details to be shipped a replacement, can this be done here please.

I have exactly this problem too, and cannot find how to fix it or how to get a repalcement if that  is needed
