Nest Thermostat install

I installed the Nest Thermostat for a customer and I get no power. I did not use the jumper initially but then I tried it and still no power. I tried an additional thermostat with no success. Here is a pick of what I have, is it compatible?exisiting thermostat

Sorry for the delayed response but thanks for the photo. 

Based on the wire labels on the thermostat terminals, it should be compatible with our Nest thermostats. Are you getting a specific code or message by any chance? If yes, what is it?
