Nest Thermostat kicks on AC when it should be heating

Just got a Nest Thermostat hooked it up and in heating mode it keeps kicking on the AC. I have tried several different solutions but nothing is working. Included a pic of the wiring from our previous Thermostat. I had to put the old thermostat back on last night to get heat, and it worked fine. Any suggestions would be helpful, I am tempted to send the Nest back.
