Nest Thermostat learning pro

My nest pro thermostat disconnected and now showing W5 error, called google who were very helpful however been 6 days now and still awaiting a pro consultant to authorise a replacement as mine was deemed faulty, fed up of constantly been told they are looking into this matter and the department is extremely very busy.

Been promised on numerous times that I should get email within 2 days, 6 days later been given crap again, COME ON GOOGLE SORT THIS OUT!!!!!
