Nest Thermostat not adjusting to the temperature set.

Justconfused12

I have set my nest thermostat to 10 degrees (celcius) to save power, but the current temperature up top has remained at 21 degrees and will not change. I’ve checked settings and nothing seems out of place, so I’m incredibly confused.

I got it all fixed- Turns out the dial was misreading, heh. Thanks!

Just for clarification, what does "temperature up top" mean?

What is the temperature outside?  Are you expecting it to heat only up to 10° or cool down to 10°?  Either way it seems a quite cold in your house.  Regardless, make sure heat or cool matches your intent.

Hey folks,

Thanks for answering, sporfrog.

Justconfused12, do you still need help with this? If yes, could you provide more details about what you wanted to do with your Nest thermostat so we could take a look into it further?
