My thermostat and heating system suddenly stopped working today, Wednesday 6th April 2022. Code H72.
The thermostat is fitted correctly and working for 4 years.
I have removed thermostat from the wall and tried recharging the battery but still comes up with h/72 issue.
Pressing the heat link for 10 or 20 seconds did nothing.
There have been no power cuts and no circuits have tripped.
What do I need to do?

Hey @Neller,
I'm sorry to hear about this situation, but I'll do my best to assist you on this one. Let's begin with a few questions:
What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
When was it installed?
Did the issue happen during installation or after installation? Was it installed by a Nest Pro or by a regular installer?
Are there any lights on the Heat Link? Does the boiler activate when calling for heat by pressing the Heat Link's button to activate Manual Mode?
Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before contacting us?
How many thermostats do you have?

Hi @Neller. Did you manage to check the last message from my colleague?
