I have had my thermostat for 6 months. It has worked perfectly . The last few days it will not connect to wifi. My other thermostat works fine still. I have done all of the steps thru the trouble shooter..the power is good,,

I have the same issue. Gen 3 Learning Thermostat worked fine for several months then lost wi-fi connection and have not been able to get it back, despite countless resets and restarts. How do we initiate a warranty replacement of the bad thermostat?

@DCinCali, have you also tried contacting our support team? If you haven't yet, can you tell me more about your thermostat? Are you getting any message codes in the Network settings? If so, what's the message?

I find navigating the website frustrating. I followed the troubleshooting steps and tried to initiate an action that would allow me to have the thermostat replaced under warranty. I finally used a link I found in @legend101's string. I submitted my thermostat specifics and a picture of the receipt. Unit is unable to find any networks. Displays "Wi-Fi connection error nest.com/w5".
I have restarted the thermostat multiple times. I reset it to factory defaults and started from scratch. Many times. Based on all the other responses in this and other threads, this is a widespread issue and one that nest apparently doesn't have a handle on. I just want a working smart thermostat.
