Nest Thermostat operation

First off let me say I think it’s pretty sad to not have a phone number to contact a live person. How can I get back the operation to control the thermostat from my phone and iPad’s? I’ve read blogs but it won’t work. Also I have two of the speakers and all the sudden when the bathroom one is plugged it it makes outdoor sounds like bugs and birds chirping. What caused that and how can I get it fixed. The next thing is I put the Google Home Hub away and switched to the Amazon Alexa Show. How can I convert those speakers and the Ring chime to work with it? I have a Ring base station but we don’t use it on a daily basis and it is set to disarmed.
