Hi there, i am from “unsupported” country and i have big issues with my EU version of thermostat. My termostat has ping all the time over 1000 ms and battery state over 3,9 V, fixed IP and router shows Rx/Tx 71/71 Mbps on 2,4 GHz network. Also strange for me is that FW version is 5.9.5-2 and thermostat is up to date even if i can see on google newer versions. Thx to high pings i have very unstable remote controll via app, because thermostat looks online only sometimes.
Can someone tell me where can be problems?
Which servers or ports i need to have unblocked for communication?
