I have three Nest Thermostats in my home, two E thermostats and one Learning thermostats. The home/away function just does not work properly. I have been dealing with this issue now for over 6 months time.
I have tried everything recommended on the Google Nest sites and from your tech support people. I have uninstalled the software, updated the app, deleted the app , reinstalled the app, reset the thermostats , deleted accounts, checked my WiFi , updated my phone,
I don't know what more I can do short of giving up on my thermostat. Is this a function that is just broken and cannot be fixed by Nest ?
I would ask at this point that a tech support person person personally visit my home and "see " for themselves what the issue is and finally fix the problems. I have done chat support, phone support, community support , don't know what else I can do ?
If nest would tell me this is beyond their control I could accept that, just don't tell me to do what I have already done.

Still having issues with my home/away function.
I have two iphones on my account, my wifes and mine. What can I do to further check my phone that its working properly. I feel my nest does not " see " my phone on occasions. I have checked and re checked all settings.
