I would like to keep my Nest Thermostat on a manual control.  How do I do that?

Ours used to work fine, then Google made program changes which caused ours to revert & no longer be ours to manually control.  I have messaged Google for over a month & gotten NO reply.  Makes me want to throw away all our Google Nest products.  Even the cameras are screwed up with loss of functionality since Google took over!

Hey there,

Sorry for the late reply. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. I found an article with more details on how to disable learning features on your device. Please let me know if you are still having any trouble from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.

Best regards,

Jake

Thank you, Jake.  We got that issue covered.  Are you also knowledgeable about the Google Nest camera loss of functionality?
