The thermostat connects to my phone via bluetooth, but I get a “something went wrong” message. I have five Nest thermostats and only two would get through the setup procedure (with a lot of fuss). Wifi signal at this location is very good. I tried turning off possible sources of interference. What do you suggest?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What type of Nest thermostat do you have? Can your other devices find your Wi-Fi network name (SSID)? Do you only have one Wi-Fi network, or are there others? Are you trying to connect to the 2.4 GHz or the 5 GHz network? Also, how far away is the thermostat from the router?
