I’ve been through the trouble shooting at least 10 times, so has my husband and so has my son, so I’ve read all the other posts and I’m coming to the conclusion that this is a design issue, and Nest/ Google know this and as someone else said, we are just left with a fancy looking thermostat that cost 10 times what it should - I’m really annoyed. I’d have to say unless you have a lot of money or you can be assured that the las test version doesn’t have this problem then don’t waste your money. A product like this really should last more than 2 years.

We are having a very similar experience! We are told to restart the wifi, thermostat, router. Which has been done a dozen times at this point.

Jus5 says Network Not Connected - is that an error message? Sounds like a statement of fact.

Hello! Circling back to say I called and had a conversation with customer service. They walked through the issues with me and ultimately are sending me a new device. I sent photos of the error code.
