My PG&E account has been enrolled into leap.energy service through Rush Hour Rewards in 2020. Now it's impossible to find any contact to get help on unenrollment neither from Nest (the nest help flows circle back to the nest help root page and there are no numbers to contact) nor from leap.energy (just doesn't respond and there are no phone numbers to contact). It's an extremely bad experience with a google product.

If you want to contact Support (to unenroll or for another reason), on the "Resources" page do NOT select any of the "help" options; just click "Next step":
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
