Not sure which generation of Product I have (Came with the house). I am guessing it is an earlier version. It was working fine then recently it disconnected from the App. I have done a reset on the thermostat and confirmed I am connected to my home network. When I ask the thermostat to provide and entry key it does not, I get a message to try again later. so I cannot re-connect to the App. I have also re-started my router and I am back where it will not provide and entry key. Any suggestions? I have also uninstalled the the App on my phone and re-installed. My doorbell cam is connected to the App and functioning so I know the app is working. Thermostat is working and controlling the HVAC manually with no issues........Any Suggestions??

Thanks for the help. Based on the information (Link) you provided I have a 2nd Gen unit. I've restarted & reset a few times with no luck getting the Nest to give me an entry key.
