Hello All,
I installed my Nest thermostat last fall and it's worked perfectly. Now that summer is upon us, when the AC turns on, it runs for approximately 2 minutes and then the furnace fan motor shuts down and then continually tries to start again for a split second each time. All the while the the AC unit outside is still running. I tried installing a jumper between RH & RC with no luck. I reinstalled my old thermostat which has the jumper between RH & RC and the AC works perfectly so it's definitely an issue with either the thermostat or a compatibility problem with either the wiring or heating/cooling equipment.
My wiring is W1 White, Y1 Yellow, G Blue, RH Red. When I connect the thermostat it senses both the heating and cooling.
Any suggestions?

Well, I solved my problem. Surprisingly without using any of the amazing knowledge and insight from DarlaBaker's spam message above... 🙄 I have a tip for you regarding what you can do with the trees you remove. 🙊
It turns out the answer, as it appears to be with most of the issues with the Nest is the missing C wire. I ran the wire and sure enough the problem with the fan went away. I thought it wasn't the C wire issue because the condenser continued to run and only the furnace fan cycled but there you go. When in doubt, run a C wire.
