My Nest thermostat is playing up. basically it has dropped its connection to the wifi, keeps resetting the date and time to be wrong aa well as turning off and eventually the house symbol will show up again on the display. I have reset it and am still unable to connect to the wifi even when I try manually. the thermostat itself is on a stand and always plugged in an not moved. usually we control everything via the app but now have no access.
can you help?

A few questions: did you notice any reports or alerts showing on your thermostat settings? If there is, what's the message code? Were there any recent changes to your router settings or any power outages that happened before the issue occurred? Also, please gather the power readings in the Technical Info settings.
