Nest Thermostat

nest learning thermostat keeps dropping network, 

then says No Network Found 

I have restarted and rebooted wifi and thermostat. Works for a minute then blanks out

keep searching for net work. I have two other regular nest thermostats that are currently working. And our Wi-Fi is working perfectly..

what should I do next?

I bought mine yesterday and unfortunately im having the same problem. Might return it. Seems like it’s not charging correctly, that’s why it loses the wifi connection. Don’t know how to fix it

Thanks for reaching out to us, and I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Learning Thermostats are not charging. I'd like to take a look at this for you both.

Can you help me with your Nest Learning Thermostat's power reading?  

1. To open the Quick View menu, press the thermostat’s ring.
2. Choose Settings.
3. Turn the ring to highlight Technical Info then press the ring to select it.
4. Select Power.
   • Battey
   • VOC
   • VIN 
   • IIN
