Nest won’t connect and when it does it keeps saying the c wire has no power but it does

My new nest thermostat is installed but won’t connect, I got it to connect a few time only to have it say the c wire has no power

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum. A few questions: what type of Nest thermostat do you have? What is the exact error message you're getting on the Nest Thermostat? Also, can you help us with a wiring photo of your Nest Thermostat base?

Aside from that, please also gather your Nest Thermostat's power reading. If you have the Nest Learning Thermostat or the Nest Thermostat E, go to Settings, look for Technical Info, then select Power. If you have the Nest Thermostat 2020, go to Settings, slide down to Equipment, then tap Power Info.
