Okay, everything has been set up and we have downloaded the nest app. We can see the app and temp but not able to control anything from the iPhone. any suggestions on what we are doing wrong?
Thanks for checking it with us in the Google Nest Community forum. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? In what country are you located? What type of iOS do you have? Do you see any messages or codes on your thermostat or in the app? Please try logging in to the website and check if the issue persists there as well. Also, ensure that your mobile device software version is up to date.
