Nest Thermostat

Just installed the Nest Pro Edition in my new home . The Nest mobile app on shows the home button, no other information and no way to adjust.

When you click the gear in the top right of your screen does it show your thermostat in the list of products associated with your account?

I’m also trying to set the Nest in the Google Home app and that’s not working either

Thanks for posting! Here are the steps to setup your Nest Thermostat using the Google Home App:

1. Open the Home app .
2. Tap Devices Add Google Nest or partner device .
3. Choose a home.
4. The app will search for devices that you can add. ...
5. To continue with a QR code: Scan the QR code on the back of your Nest Thermostat display. ...
6. The Home app will walk you through installation.

Here are the steps to set up your Nest Thermostat using the Nest App:

1. ​On the Nest app home screen, tap Settings .
2. Tap Add product. ...
3. To get the QR code, go to your thermostat and press it to open the Quick View menu.
4. Choose Settings .
5. Turn the ring to select > Nest app and press to open it.
6. Select QR code.

If your account is migrated, that means both accounts are connected between them, the thermostat will appear in both apps.
