Nest Thermostat

I woke up this morning with my thermostat reading 51° but it was set at 71°. How is this possible? The house was freezing.

Just wanted to reach out to see if you're still having this issue or if it was just a one night thing? Also wanted to see if you were able to see if maybe you had a temperature schedule set by accident?
