I am having the same issue, I just purchased the unit from Best Buy about 2 hrs ago and have not been able to connect to wifi. I have restarted my network/router, factory reset the nest, and restarted it. I work in IT and this is very basic so it's not human error this time. Also, there are others online with the same issue. I will play with it a little more but I will return the device tomorrow.
