My Nest Thermostats disappeared from my App and I cannot add them back. When I attempt to add the product, I receive a message that this product is already associated with an account. That would be my account. How can I overcome this dilemma.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Google Nest Community and we're sorry for the delay.
Let's check a couple of things for us to further isolate the issue. Did you create a home structure in the app? It is possible that you have a multiple home structure and you're in the wrong one. Check your thermostat's connection to the Wi-Fi.
Also, you could try to log out from the app and log back in to make sure everything is updated on your account.
