Nest Wiring Assistance

Hi all,

I just got a new nest thermostat and want to make sure I’ve set it up correctly. I’ve attached pictures of the old wiring and the new. My emergency heating doesn’t seem to be blowing as warm as it should, basically no difference between it and the heat pump.
