Just installed my third nest Thermostat in the home and this one no matter what I try I can not get it set to just stay at 72 all the time? It always goes back to some low default temp the next day... Also got a new camera and it will only show up on Google home app not nest app like my doorbell and older cameras. Any ideas?

Hi drewquant,
Thanks for posting and sorry for the delay ― let's get this sorted out.
A few questions: what Nest Thermostat do you have? Check this link to know what thermostat you have. Since when has this been happening? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
Best,
Mel

Hello folks,
I'm sorry for the late reply. I know it has been a while, but I wanted to ensure that everything is covered here.
Thanks for assisting, Mel.
@drewquant, it appears that you have the Nest Thermostat 2020 model. With this, please try checking for any actions in "Routines" that might cause an unexpected change in temperature. Remove or edit if needed. Also, clearing the schedule might help, so it will only register at your target temperature. Please let me know if that helps or if the issue still persists.
Regards,
Mark

Yes I need help bad. My new nest thermo resets to Eco almost everyday instead of just staying at 72 hold like my other nest thermostats

Hello folks,
Thanks for assisting, Archie.
It's me again, @drewquant. I'm sorry to hear the issue still persists. If your thermostat resets to Eco temperature or mode, the schedule or the settings haven't been changed or removed. Please check your thermostat's schedule temperature and make sure that the Eco was completely removed.
Going over these steps might help:
Let me know how it goes.

Mark
