Nest app can’t reset password

Can’t reset my old nest account .
I have a gmail account, however can’t log in to nest account due to forgotten password.

reset everything , migrated to gmail account .
however when clicking on ‘forgotten password’ - no password reset emails arrive to either my gmail or my iCloud account.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with logging in with your Nest Account. You mentioned that you already migrated it to Gmail account. Have you tried logging in to Nest using your Gmail?
